Refund Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, you must:

• Have purchased the product within the last 60 days
• Have followed the system for the full 6-week period with at least 90% compliance (as outlined in the Blueprint)
• Submit your refund request via email to support@eliteshape.co before the 60-day window expires

Refunds will not be granted for purchases made more than 60 days ago, or for customers who have not followed the system.

How to Request a Refund

   Include your order details: the email address used at purchase and your order confirmation number (from your Stripe receipt)

   Briefly describe what you tried and the results you experienced

We will process all valid refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Digital Product Notice

The Busy Executive's Weight Loss Blueprint is a digital product delivered via email. Because you receive immediate access to the full content upon purchase, refunds outside of our 60-day guarantee policy are not available.

We encourage you to review the product description thoroughly before purchasing. If you have any pre-purchase questions, contact us at support@eliteshape.co.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future purchases declined.
